Guard parents baptize daughter at Camp Smith

CAMP SMITH--New York Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Steven Demestrio, assigned to Joint Force Headquarters New York, Spc. Tabitha Demestrio, assigned to the 206th Military Police Company, and Cpt. Joseph Marcoux, a chaplain assigned to the 138th Chaplain Detachment, pose with Gianna Demestrio outside Chaplain Duffy Chapel on Camp Smith Training Site, New York, Sept. 10, 2023. Gianna, who was baptized by Marcoux, is believed to be the first person ever baptized on Camp Smith Training Site.
